Temporary/Per Diem Coverage – ATC’s Temporary Help Division provides last minute fill-in coverages – affording you on-demand access to the medical professionals you need.
Contract Staffing – ATC can provide qualified personnel to fill in for long term coverage needs like maternity and disability leaves, until appropriate staff is hired or to cover internal staff trainings.
Temporary-to-Hire Personnel –ATC’s Medical Staffing’s Temporary to Hire program gives you the opportunity to evaluate the on-the-job performance of a candidate prior to making a permanent hiring decision.
Travel Staffing – ATChas the ability to source and recruit travelers in both allied and nursing professions that can be brought into your area to meet the needs of a specific assignment.
Permanent Placement – ATC’s Permanent Placement Services sources and screens top-tier candidates based upon the requirements you provide.We present you with the credentials, references and any and all can be used at any time, because we understand that staffing needs are not static.
