ATC Healthcare carefully screens all applicants. By doing this, we can ensure that we work with only the most qualified nurses, therapists and technicians. We utilize multiple recruitment tools to attract and retain a large database of clinicians. We employ state-of-the-art methods to locate and qualify candidates. Our standards for recruitment meet and exceed both State Department of Health regulations and Joint Commission guidelines.
Before a candidate is offered an assignment from ATC Healthcare they are required to present:
- Current Professional License or Certification
- Current CPR Card
- Current Physical
- Record of Immunizations – positive titers
- PPD with negative results or negative chest X-Ray
- Professional References
- Educational Diploma
In addition, they are required to complete the following provided by ATC Healthcare:
- Job Application Form
- Discipline Specific Skills Checklist
- Testing for each specialty area
- License Verification Form
- Hepatitis B Vaccination Form
- Mandated In-service Training
- HIPPA Testing
