We utilize multiple recruitment tools to attract and retain a large database of clinicians. We employ state-of-the-art methods to locate and qualify candidates. Our standards for recruitment meet and exceed both State Department of Health regulations and Joint Commission guidelines.
Before a candidate is offered an assignment from ATC Healthcare they are required to present:
- Current Professional License or Certification
- Current CPR Card
- Current Physical
- Record of Immunizations – positive titers
- PPD with negative results or negative chest X-Ray
- Professional References
- Educational Diploma
In addition, they are required to complete the following provided by ATC Healthcare:
- Job Application Form
- Discipline Specific Skills Checklist
- Testing for each specialty area
- License Verification Form
- Hepatitis B Vaccination Form
- Mandated In-service Training
- HIPPA Testing
